NUTRICARE has entrusted The Architects with the comprehensive survey of its system, encompassing production, distribution, marketing, R&D, and IT. Leveraging our expertise, we meticulously analyzed various facets of NUTRICARE’s operations. Our team employed the TOGAF framework, adapted for SMEs in Vietnam, to ensure a thorough and relevant assessment.

Our methodology included direct interviews with NUTRICARE’s executive team at their Hanoi office, on-site evaluations at the Bac Ninh production facility, and online collaborations with customer service and brand managers. Additionally, we conducted market surveys in key locations and personally tested several NUTRICARE products to gauge user experience and feedback.

The project identified critical areas for enhancement such as real-time inventory management, automation of sales reporting, and the implementation of a unified Customer Data Platform (CDP) to streamline customer interactions and data consolidation. We also recommended the development of the “Nutricare Love for Your Family” app, aiming to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty through personalized nutrition advice, sales support, and interactive features.
