VBI’s Board of Directors has always determined that IT system improvement is one of the necessary and important solutions to have its own uniqueness and stand firm in today’s market, when digital technology is changing the world at a dizzying speed. However, after the hot development stage, the IT system has revealed some problems with software architecture and the responsiveness of the infrastructure. In addition, the IT system is under pressure of adding new software or features to existing software.

The Architects helped VBI complete the detailed documentation of the entire current IT system, this is phase 1 in building the overall architecture. The documentation system in the form of architectural diagrams will help the board of directors have a comprehensive and detailed view of the entire IT system of the enterprise from many angles such as Business, Application, Data or Technology.

After completing phase 1, The Architects consulted VBI on the core points to change and planned the transformation, ensuring that the investment in IT really brings the desired effect.
