The client is a joint venture between BOND a leading visualized marketing agency in Vietnam and a group of international private investor. The client wishes to create a 5 star level Poker game mobile application that could rival the leaders in the field such as Natural8 Poker.

This online poker table ( non rewarding) needs to provide all important features in the card game nowadays such as table chat, rabbit hunt, RIMT, Chip Shuffle. In terms of scale, the system needs to serve more than 5 million users per day, 200 thousands concurrent users,99.9% availability, less than 1 second response time for any tasks. The estimated efforts is 100 man-month and the development budget is over 300.000 USD.

“The Architects” has successfully completed the Invitation To Bid letter, reviewed the architecture and technological selections and credibility of each bidder and helped the client to negotiate the implementation contract. The architect followed the project closely during the implementation phase, to monitor progress and quality. However due to Covid, the project is stopped when completion reaches 65% only. The Architects then helps the client to come up with a resolution to balance the rights and responsibilities of each party reasonably.
